A burglar from Buxton has confessed to 32 crimes

A burglar from Buxton has confessed to 32 crimes in a bid to wipe the slate clean.

Bobby Arrowsmith, 21, was serving a jail term for burglary when he confessed to further burglaries. His solicitor said he's already lined up accommodation and a job with a cleaning company, clearing up graffiti.

Although impressed with his confession the judge turned down his request for an absolute discharge, as one offence was only committed last year.

He will be committed to Derby Crown Court for sentencing.
