Caving in the Peak District has been chosen as one of the world's great adventures in a new guide book.
Lonely Planet has chosen the activity in Derbyshire, among only six other UK experiences.
The guide urges those attempting the activity to "channel your inner goblin, get over your boulder choke and dive deep under the Peak District into a mythical world".
The Peak District experience features in the new guide, with activities like swimming with whale sharks and tracking mountain gorillas in Uganda.
