Derbyshire father denies killing baby son
A Derbyshire father accused of murdering his baby son has pleaded not guilty.
Nathan Pick, 37, denies killing 7 month old James Pick during a brief hearing at Nottingham Crown Court.
Derbyshire Police said the baby was taken to the Royal Derby Hospital before being transferred to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, where he later died.
Mr. Pick was remanded in custody and his case adjourned for a further hearing on November 12.
A trial date has yet to be set but is expected to take place early next year.
