Man assaulted in Buxton pub

Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault that took place in a pub in Buxton.

On Sunday, October 14 at 1.35am at The Vault pub on the Market Place a man was assaulted.

The victim can not remember anything from the incident but a witness reported that she saw an altercation take place between two men. She describes the offender as white, 19-years-old, of a slim build and wearing a blue chequered shirt. He punched the victim twice causing him to fall to the ground.
