Man jailed for having sex with 14 year old girl
A Chesterfield man who had sex with a 14-year-old girl has been jailed for four years.
Peter Garcia, 30, had consensual sex with the teenager at a house in Clowne in April 2011.

He denied the offences but was found
guilty by a jury at Derby Crown Court and sentenced to four years in prison
following a hearing on Friday, September 7.
He must sign the sex offenders'
register indefinitely and has been disqualified from working with
children.
