Police appealing for help to find missing Chesterfield man

Derbyshire police are appealing for help to find a missing Chesterfield man, who they believe may have travelled to Lancashire.

Tim Beardsley who's 44 years old, from Old Tupton, near Clay Cross, was reported missing by his wife on Monday.

He was last seen when he left home at around 8.30am that morning to go to work, however,he didn't arrive at work and his family haven't heard from him since.

Mr Beardsley is white, five feet ten inches tall, with short brown hair.

He was wearing a pale blue and maroon striped sweatshirt and blue jeans.

  Officers know his car, a green Ford Focus estate, was in Lancashire on Monday and would like anyone who has seen Mr Beardsley to contact them on 101.
