Promotion for Derbyshire.
Derbyshire will play in Division 1 of the LV County Championship next season after winning promotion yesterday.
Near rivals Kent lost convincingly away at Glamorgan meaning at very least Derbyshire will finish second.They go into the final day at home to Hampshire trailing by 139 with 4 of Hampshire's second innings wickets in tact.
A win for the Falcons would clinch the Second Division title and secure a first piece of silverware for the county since 1993 when they beat Lancashire in the final of the Benson and Hedges knockout at Lords.
