The Bearers together before the event.St Peter & St Paul School on Hady Hill served as the base for all of the Olympic Torch Bearers that carried the iconic torches through Chesterfield.
Nowhere else were all 19 bearers together at the same time.
The school hosted the carriers and their family and friends from early morning until the Chesterfield leg began and then again after the leg had ended, they gathered again to collect their torches for keepsakes.
